Keyless automatically verifies, through the PlayTomic API, confirmed bookings on the courts of your facility — padel, tennis, five-a-side football and other sports — and instantly generates the access QR valid for that court and time slot. The player shows it to the OKULO® reader installed at the access point and enters on their own, without badges, keys or reception staff.

If the booking is cancelled or rescheduled on PlayTomic, the access updates automatically without manual intervention.

How is PlayTomic connected to Keyless?
Through the PlayTomic API, Keyless automatically verifies confirmed bookings on the facility's courts and generates the relevant access QR: no manual integration to configure for each booking.
Does the player need to do anything extra besides booking on PlayTomic?
No: they keep booking as usual through the PlayTomic app or website. The access QR is made available according to the workflow configured by the sports center.
What happens if a booking is cancelled or rescheduled?
Access is automatically updated based on the actual status of the booking on PlayTomic, with no need for manual revocation by the manager.
Do I need special hardware to use this integration?
The generated QR is read by the OKULO® readers installed at the court access points. The number of access points and configuration are assessed together during the project.
